Mary E. Stone-Duffy, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Dr. Stone-Duffy provides psychiatric assessment and medication management. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric disorders including anxiety, panic, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD and addiction.
Most recently, Dr. Stone-Duffy served as an International Heath Coordinator for the Office for Health Services at the United States Peace Corps in Washington, DC. She has worked in community mental health, substance abuse and in the West Palm Beach Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
In addition to Dr. Stone-Duffy’s clinical responsibilities she is currently a lead adjunct professor at Maryville University. She has lectured at several local, national and international conferences about PTSD, moral injury, psychiatric medications, and compassion fatigue. In 2014 Dr. Stone-Duffy was awarded the Clinical Excellence Award at Florida Atlantic University, College of Nursing.
Dr. Stone-Duffy has a deep respect and palpable empathy for her clients. She forms a collaborative relationship with those under her care and empowers them to be active partners in their mental health care. Dr. Stone-Duffy is currently accepting new patients 18 years and older. Her self-pay fees are as follow.
Initial Psychiatric Assessment: $200
Follow Up Appointments: $100
Dr. Stone-Duffy is in network with the following insurance providers: CIGNA, Medicare, TriWest, and United Healthcare and is out of network for Blue Cross and TriCare.
Jonathan Rapp, Ph.D.
Dr. Jonathan Rapp is a licensed clinical psychologist. He earned an M.A. and Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Rosemead School of Psychology at Biola University, where he received advanced training in the theoretical and applied integration of psychology and theology.
Dr. Rapp provides individual and couples therapy and has a wealth of clinical experience treating a range of psychological and relational problems. He has provided professional psychological services in medical centers, hospitals, community mental health centers, and university counseling centers and is skilled in treatment for depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, eating disorders, sex/pornography addiction, complicated grief, and marital problems.
Dr. Rapp has held academic appointments at Biola University, Vanguard University and the University of Southern California and taught in the areas of the psychology of religious experience, the theory and practice of Christian counseling, and the diagnosis and treatment of PTSD and other traumatic stress reactions. He has also provided clinical training, supervision, and consultation to lay church counselors, master’s level therapists, doctoral candidates, and psychologists. In addition, he has provided expert testimony for the Palm Beach County Judicial System.
Dr. Rapp maintains a telehealth practice where he specializes in individual and couples therapy for emotional, behavioral, and relational problems in Florida, Colorado, and California.
Nealy Ann Kaminowitz, MSW, LCSW, CHHP
Nealy Kaminowitz is a licensed clinical social worker. She earned a M.A. in social work from Adelphi University in 2005 and is licensed to practice psychotherapy with adults and adolescents in both New York and Florida. Nearly is also holds a certification in Holistic Health and Wellness Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Her combination of training and experience in both therapy and health and wellness coaching allows her to help her clients on biological, psychological, and relational levels.
Nealy works with individuals and families to treat a variety of mental health concerns, including eating disorders, addiction, depression, stress/anxiety, and relationship issues. She takes a holistic approach and tailors care to fit the needs of each client. Treatment begins with an assessment of the problem of concerns and associated factors to create a treatment plan designed to achieve your goals. Nealy’s advanced training in cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), as well as interpersonal and insight oriented therapy allows her to help clients develop an understanding of the underlying aspects of their condition, learn the skills necessary to reduce troubling symptoms, and experience change from the inside-out.
As a holistic health and wellness coach, Nealy considers how diet and lifestyle may contribute to her client’s presenting problems and helps them to embrace healthy lifestyle changes and cultivate a healthy relationship to food, body, and mind. She helps her clients uncover which areas of life negatively effect health, understand the obstacles to health, and use proven strategies to successfully create the changes they desire for sustainable wellness.
Fees for initial and follow up psychotherapy and coaching appointments are $150 for a 50-minute appointment.
